Who we are
This website is run by HutEleven Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (No. 10519343), based in Bedford, Bedfordshire. For the personal information described here, we are the data controller.
Questions about this policy or your information: email [email protected] or call 01234 581060.

What we collect
When you use our contact form, we collect your name, email address, organisation type, phone number (if you give it), the topics you pick and your message.
When you email or call us, we keep a record of the conversation so we can help you and follow up.
When you become a customer, we hold the contact, billing and account details we need to provide and support your services.
When you visit the website, our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, for security and to keep the site running.
How we use it, and why we’re allowed to
- To reply to your enquiry and give you a quote. Lawful basis: our legitimate interests, or steps you’ve asked us to take before entering into a contract.
- To provide and support your services. Lawful basis: performance of our contract with you.
- To keep financial and tax records. Lawful basis: legal obligation.
- To keep the website secure and working. Lawful basis: our legitimate interests.
We don’t sell your information, and we don’t use it for automated decision-making or profiling. We’ll only send you marketing if you’ve asked for it, and you can opt out at any time.
Schools, pupils and staff
Some of our services for schools, such as MIS integration with phone systems and web filtering, involve pupil, parent or staff information. When we handle that information, we do so as a data processor on behalf of the school, under our agreement with them. The school is the data controller, and its own privacy notice explains how that information is used.
This website itself is not aimed at children.
Who we share it with
We only share your information with trusted providers who help us run our business, and only as much as they need:
- Amazon Web Services, which delivers messages from our contact form to our inbox.
- Our website hosting provider, which stores the website and its server logs.
- Adobe Fonts, which supplies the typeface used on this website. Your browser connects to Adobe to load it, so Adobe receives your IP address.
- Our email, accounting and support systems, which hold our records of customers and enquiries.
We may also share information if the law requires it, for example with HMRC or the police.
Transfers outside the UK
Some of our providers may process information outside the UK. Where they do, we make sure it’s protected by an adequacy decision, the UK International Data Transfer Agreement, or equivalent safeguards.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries that don’t lead to a contract: up to 2 years after our last contact.
- Customer records: for the length of the contract, then 6 years to meet our legal and tax obligations.
- Server logs: for as long as our hosting provider keeps them, normally no more than 90 days.
Cookies
This website doesn’t use advertising or analytics cookies, and it doesn’t track you across other sites. If that changes, we’ll update this policy and ask for your consent first.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law, you have the right to:
- ask for a copy of the information we hold about you
- ask us to correct anything that’s wrong
- ask us to delete your information
- ask us to limit how we use it, or object to us using it
- ask us to transfer it to you or another organisation
To use any of these rights, email [email protected]. We’ll respond within one month. There’s normally no charge.
Complaints
If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your information, please tell us first so we can put it right. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
